DELIVERY
Your Sterling Silver jewellery purchase will be delivered within 3 working days of received payment
(dependant on stock availability)
it will require a signature as we use Royal Mail recorded delivery services. If you are not home your purchase will be taken to your nearest post office depot.
To promote a Reliable and Trusting foundation for our site, we offer a refund policy for items reported to us within 3 days of receiving.
This applies to unsuitable or damaged items.
Items need to be returned within 30 days from your purchase date along with proof of purchase.
We cannot accept items later than this, as damage could be due to carelessness. Items bought from us are delicate dress items, and should be taken care of accordingly.
THIS EXCLUDES THE SALE OF EARRINGS FOR HYGIENE REASONS.
We expect that any Silver Jewellery item returned to us, is done so in the same manner it was received (via 1st or 2nd class recorded). Any item returned that is not in its original state will risk losing their refund.
When your return is successful we will also refund your postage cost so be sure to enclose your name & address
Caution : Items we sell are not intended for everyday use. If worn frequently, remember to clean and treat with care . Although our Silver is of 925 or above, and most rhodium plated, it can still show signs of wear. The best way to care for your jewellery is to store it in a jewellery box/case away from daylight & clean with warm soapy water. Finish off with a silver polishing cloth for extra shine
If looked after in the correct manner, you can enjoy your purchase for years to come.
